Raising up a child in the way they should go. That’s what the Bible tells us we should be about (Proverbs 22).        We believe children are a great source of energy and life and we want to be part of God’s work in training them and helping them grow into young men and women of God. That is why we offer what we offer. It is why we do what we do.

Fall Family Festival
Wednesday, October 26
6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
Bring your kids and enjoy fun and games and so much candy you’ll consider calling the dentist.
There will be hot chocolate and EVERYTHING will be inside, so there is no worry about what the weather will be like that night.

Sunday School classes continue to be an opportune time to invest in our children and give them a foundation of Biblical teaching they will grow to depend on later in life. We have classes for every age group, every Sunday at 9:15 a.m. We also have adult classes discussing interesting topics at the same time.

Children’s Worship

We have a great rotation of teams who help out with Children’s Worship, provided during the second part of our morning worship service. Children up through the third grade are dismissed to join other children downstairs. There they study and worship together, learning about the different aspects of worship and why we do what we do.
Things are going to get a little WEIRD this fall as we dive deep and explore some of the WEIRD stories of the Bible. Children, age 2 through grade 6, are invited to join us every Wednesday, from 6:30 – 7:45 p.m. Parents can drop children off downstairs.

Club 56 refers to the designation we give fifth and sixth graders. They’re not yet teenagers, but they’re no longer little kids. That’s why some call this the stage of tweenager. They are between childhood and adolescence.  So we are meeting them where they are, given them some re-decorated space in what used to be called the Tower Room. Climb the stairwell at the north end of the church be sure to check it out.

YOUturn, began in 2008, is our ministry for college age and young adults. Our locations vary, so be sure to connect with us on Facebook (YOUturn).

YOUturn is our ministry that invites college students and other young adults looking for a place to worship God, a family to join and a ministry to serve. We know you have a very unique schedule, yet are always looking for a place to connect. By offering yummy home cooked meals (a college student fave), interesting discussions and unique activities, we hope to create an atmosphere to attract and build up young disciples in Jesus Christ.
Sunday, August 28 is the beginning of our fall semester for YOUturn. Each Sunday, starting at 8 p.m., we’ll have some food and something to do, either an engaging discussion or something entirely random.
Pharisees: The Party Game! It’s like Mafia, but with more characters, more craziness and more laughter. Come join us at 8 p.m. in the Unloading Zone.
